👋 Hello, I'm Lourd Rancy Guanzon, though most people know me as Rancy. I prefer Rancy because "Lourd" can sound religious.

I have over 8+ years of experience in design, starting as a generalist and wearing multiple hats. Later, I transitioned to UI/UX because I enjoy solving complex problems through data-driven design solutions. I've worked both as an individual contributor and as a team leader in the past as well.

I also love designing mobile applications and complex SaaS projects, focusing on their technical aspects rather than just designing landing pages.

Recently, I’ve developed a strong interest in Design Systems, which I believe are crucial for successful design teams and products.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, road trips, exploring abroad, and trying out new coffee shops.

Fun fact: My favorite fonts are Inter and SF Pro, and I'm not fond of Poppins. Among my favorite movies are "Catch Me If You Can," "Forrest Gump," and "Saving Private Ryan."
